COOKED is a digital product which gives the buyer access to a private Discord server - A free Discord account is required for this. Upon purchasing you are given access for 30 days, once these 30 days have passed you are then automatically billed for an additional 30 unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel at any time by 1.) Logging into your User Dashboard and removing your billing details or 2.) Creating a ticket in the discord group to have an administrator assist you in cancelling your subscription. You do not cancel the subscription by leaving the group/ leaving the discord server. Once a license key has been activated it is locked to the Discord account in which it has been activated on. We do not allow the license key to be moved to any other account, under any circumstances. Your COOKED subscription starts from the purchase date, and not the activation date. If your COOKED license is paused, or your payment fails, you will be alerted via Discord so you can restart your membership/update your billing details. We do not offer any refunds/returns due to our service being digital-based. By purchasing you are accepting these conditions.

All information collected from the checkout process are used to verify that your order is legitimate and is used via Xendit [Our payment processor] to enable us to run a subscription-based product. COOKED reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without refund. Inside the Discord server you will find a short list of rules which we require you to follow, these rules include basic requirements such as treating everyone with respect and not sharing information outside the group. By accessing the website at COOKED, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted for the customer to receive and activate a license key (Via Discord) from COOKED for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

1. Modify or copy the materials;
2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on COOKED’s website or provided by COOKED in general;
4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server; or
6. Leak Information/links from COOKED at any time; or
7. Attempt to sell your COOKED membership once activated.

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by COOKED at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. If you violate the terms at any time, we have the right to revoke your licence at any time without providing any refunds.

You agree to indemnify and save COOKED, and all of its Owners, Admins, Staff, Providers, and Partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, expenses, suits, damages, judgments, demands, and costs (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of (i) the acts or omissions of COOKED, and all of its owners, admin, staff, providers, and Partners in connection with the usage of this server; or (ii) any accident, injury or death to persons, or loss of or damage to property, or fines and penalties which may result, in whole or in part, by reason of utilizing COOKED’s website.

The materials on COOKED website are provided on an 'as is' basis. COOKED makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, COOKED does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall COOKED or any of its Owners, Admins, Staff, providers, and Partners be liable for any damages arising from the use of this server. This includes, but is not limited to unwanted bank charges, loss of profit, loss of data, or cost of services. Notwithstanding anything written herein to the contrary, the Member and COOKED acknowledge and agree that COOKED and any of its owners, admin, staff, providers, and officers will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Member has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. In order for the Member to benefit from the membership fee, the Member agrees to limit COOKED’s liability arising from COOKED’s professional obligations, errors or omissions, such that the total liability of COOKED shall not exceed COOKED’s total fees for membership and services rendered for the duration of the Agreement. COOKED may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

The terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
